Phillip Marks – Owner/Lead Inspector
Phillip Marks is a native of Raleigh who has watched the Triangle area grow by leaps and bounds over the past few decades. His knowledge and understanding of the Triangle area still remains important to him.
As a licensed Home Inspector since 2012 Phillip has built Pinnacle Residential Inspections into one or the most successful home inspection businesses in the Triangle area. He personally inspects 450+ houses yearly. Pinnacle works with some of the most successful agents and real estate teams in the area.
Prior to becoming a licensed home inspector he was a licensed real estate agent who listed and sold properties throughout the Triangle for over 12 years. Although he no longer practices real estate sales he maintains an active license to ensure he stays in touch with the process. It is important to him to be able to relate to the process his customers are engaged in.
In his spare time Phillip enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Especially his son Matthew. They have fun soaking up the rays and playing at the beach or boating on the lake. Playing hard is every bit as important to him as working hard.

Nick Huffman – Residential Home Inspector
Nick is a native of California. He relocated here for a change in lifestyle for his family. His wife Morgan is a native of the Raleigh area. They enjoy spending time with their son Jack as well as family and friends.
Nick’s attention to detail as well as his ability to relate and communicate with his customers has given him an edge. He works hard to make sure his customers get a full picture of the property they are investing in.
